Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare to host Mother-Daughter Night Out

ELMHURST – Girls age 9 to 11 and their moms or female guardians are invited to attend Mother-Daughter Night Out at the Elmhurst Memorial Center for Health on Friday, May 15 from 6-9 p.m. The cost of the event, which is partially funded by the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation, is $10 per family.

Attendees will learn about female puberty and body changes through a program called "Linda." The event will also feature a Zumba dance session and activities related to nail and skin care, self-esteem, healthy bones, nutrition and exercise. Healthy snacks will be provided.
