Transition planning

With approximately two years before the opening of the new Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, we have already begun thinking about how we are going to get there - literally. Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare is working with a transition planning firm to prepare for the move to the new facility.

A big part of the move plan involves the details regarding transporting patients from one site to the other. The facilities are only 3 miles apart, but it takes careful planning to ensure a seamless transition on moving day.
